EmployIndy contracts with organizations to provide employment services to eligible Marion County residents. This is accomplished through a competitive bidding process.
 

EmployIndy contracts out all programs funded by the federal Workforce Investment Act on a competitive basis by issuing a formal request for proposal. RFPs and subsequent information about program procurements and other contracted programs and services will be posted on this website  so that all bidders have the same information.

All solicitations will be posted and managed on this website. You will need to register your organization in order to respond to a request for proposals or requests for bids.

EmployIndy seeks to contract Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to community-based organizations engaged in barrier-busting workforce development activities. EmployIndy is soliciting proposals which will coordinate, improve and support effective neighborhood-lecel programs that connect underemployed and/or unemployed residents to career pathways aligned with growing economic sectors.
 
All proposals should be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. EDST, Friday, October 31,2014.

EmployIndy is seeking qualified individuals and/or companies to provide monitoring services of service providers and sub-recipients that provides direct client services utilizing federal grant funds including Workforce Investment Act funds.

EmployIndy is soliciting proposals from employers in need of addressing specific skills gaps within their industry that are not being met by standard, off-the-shelf training curriculum. EmployIndy is looking to provide support to employers in the creation of customized training programs through the use of workforce development funding. Customized training programs are designed to meet the special requirements of an employer or group of employers and carry the expectation of commitment by the employer to employ an individual upon successful completion of the training.
